Stenotic Cervix
A stenotic cervix, may result if multiple surgeries to remove a vaginal wart are performed, surgery such as a cone biopsy.
During the labor the stenotic tissue disintegrates with sharp pain. This disorder can happen from any cervical trauma (LEEP procedures, conization, hysteroscopy for dysplasia and others) or after menopause from atrophy. Stenosis is a scarred sphyncter that won't open.

Cervical stenosis makes the opening too large and impedes menstrual flow, leading to increased cramping and a higher chance of endometrosis.
