Leep Cone Biopsy
The treatments leep, cone biopsy, and cryosurgery are not usually used to treat lichen sclerosis or causes of vaginal discharge.
There are two ways to perform this treatment: the LEEP method that uses a wire with an electrical current and surgical method that uses a laser or a surgical scalpel. Possible side effects are cramping, discomfort and light pain for a few weeks after the procedure.

Lichen Sclerosis, Vaginal Discharge
Usually early stages of cervical cancer are treated by hysterectomy that results in permanent infertility, but some patients may be treated with other method, which can reserve fertility. During this operation a cylindrical piece of tissue is removed from the cervix. The treatments leep, cone biopsy, and cryosurgery are not usually used to treat lichen sclerosis or causes of vaginal discharge.
